Joyce Weng serves as Brand Communication Director of Bvlgari Greater China, and has been working with Bvlgari more than 10 years. She started her career with Bvlgari in Taiwan as PR manager in 2005, then moved to Shanghai to take up a new role as China Marketing Manager in 2009.
During this time, Joyce has applied her extensive brand communications experience to make major achievements for Bvlgari in its largest market worldwide and became an expert in marketing and brand management of the luxury industry.
2011, Bulgari joined LVMH Group. In the same year, Joyce led the team to successfully hold the ” Bvlgari Magnificent Italian Jewelry Exhibition in National Museum of China, which marked a new start for the historical brand and accelerated its development in China. Later, Joyce successfully created a young and diversified brand image through a series of marketing approaches, including customized brand position, brand ambassador selection, and in-depth marketing channel expansion. Under her leadership, Bulgari China Brand Communication team created a series of successful marketing activities, making Bulgari’s image deeply rooted in Chinese customers’ mind.
As a leader in jewelry industry worldwide, Bulgari’s marketing initiatives in China has become a benchmark for the local luxury industry. Now, Joyce is leading the team to build the confidence and love of customers to Bulgari and create an in-depth communication with targets, to continue consolidate the position of brand’s leadership in China.
