Woollett was formerly in charge of retail for another Swiss outdoor brand, Mammut, where she worked for five years. She is a specialist in retail sales and in developing monobrand store networks, and has worked at director level in the retail divisions of Swatch, Timberland and Apple since 2003, having previously spent ten years with Disney.
At Odlo, Woollett reports to Antoine Sathicq, the brand’s Commercial Director. Odlo was founded in Norway more than seventy years ago, and is owned by the Herkules Capital investment fund. Two years ago, Odlo’s CEO Christophe Bézu announced he was targeting a revenue between €300 million and €350 million by 2020.
